My Approach

Surgery as a last resort.
When needed, the best possible option.

Working in high-volume surgical environments has taught me that operative technique matters, but it isn't everything. Excellent orthopedic surgery begins long before the operation and continues well after.

01

Conservative care first

Before considering surgery, I always explore conservative options. Many patients achieve significant improvement without ever entering the operating room.

02

Minimally invasive & joint replacement

When surgery is indicated, every procedure is planned in detail: implant choice, surgical approach, and rehabilitation plan are decided together with the patient.

03

Patient at the center

I listen carefully and explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. Every care plan is personalized, taking into account individual needs, functional goals, and lifestyle. I believe that a well-informed patient is more confident, more engaged, and more at ease throughout the treatment process.

04

Follow-up & continuity of care

The relationship with the patient does not end in the operating room. Post-operative follow-up, guided rehabilitation, and long-term monitoring are integral to the care I provide.

Clinical focus

Knee: from diagnosis back to activity.

The knee is where I have concentrated most of my international training, from biomechanics to robotic knee replacement to sports surgery. This translates into a highly precise approach to treatment selection - conservative or surgical - and surgical planning.
